The banded bench press (and over head press) really fixed me up for good. I love you for showing this move, seriously I wanted to end my life because of all the pain all the time. I couldn't do anything anymore. But now I'm lifting twice a week and practice bjj 5 times a week. You saved a life, you deserve awards ❤❤❤

Thank you so much for recommending the shoulder rehab exercises to me. I'm so grateful that the banded stretches and swapping the barbell chest press for the barbell floor press have helped me get back to bench pressing without any pain in just three months. Your advice has made such a difference, and I can't thank you enough!

Every chest day I look forward to getting to the gym early & doing Lock 3 along with a couple other warmups. You guys have helped my shoulder pain completely disappear during chest exercises and I’m forever thankful

I had shoulder pain for about 3 month while I bench press. I saw this work out on a past short vid and I gave it a try. Now I’m pain free. I continue to do this as a warm ump before hitting chest.
