The hardest part is not lifting anymore. I just know if I go weeks-months without lifting I'll lose tons of muscle and get overcome with low self esteem/depression.

Am 61 yrs old and due to bad sleeping posture - i was in pain for 3 days until i googled and found this video... like miracle i did the slight exercises and ice cold pack whole day - like magic pain gone🥰 🙏🏻 tnks so much

3rd week of intense shoulder pain due to excessive use of my right arm (badminton), just finished my first course of Physiotherapy... the therapy was for 10 days and it helped a little bit.

Out of desperation, i turned to YouTube and found this. Tried the first step immediately at midnight and it worked like magic. Since mine is a more severe one, doing the step correctly needed an assistance (i couldn't put my right arm against the wall because of intense pain and pull). So, needless to say, it doesn't heal completely but i could immediate do new things i couldn't do with my right arm after 3 reps. This is amazing. Thank you from NE india.

Been suffering from shoulder impingement for 6 months. I've done a few of these exercises yet the pain increased. Went for an MRI. Turned out I have no muscular tears or any serious damage just severe inflammation. I'm planning to hit my first physiotherapy session pretty soon. Thanks for the upload and thanks for highlighting that you should always consult your physiotherapist as some of the exercises could worsen things for serious shoulder cases.

Great video - thank you - lots of shoulder pain as of late. More in likely age related and from all the pulls, chins and dips I have done over a career in the Military. I am going out to get some bands today to do these exact movements!
