As a professional fighter, one of his favorite tactics was the liver shot (both punch and kick), and he popularized its use in MMA. Bas is known for his charisma and has capitalized on his celebrity status since retiring from fighting in 1999. He works as a color commentator in the MMA orginazation. He has appeared in numerous tv shows, movies, and video games. He also coaches MMA and has authored several instructional materials.

Working for me. Have allergy but 6 weeks and peak flow 670 L/min more 120 more than for my age. Its like money in the breathing bank for me. Heading 700 next almost feels guaranteed keep up the good work Bas.

Can someone please tell me where to start. I can do 6 to 8 second breathes with a few of them. What am I visualizing and teach me like I'm very ignorant here.

I use the higher resistance and it takes longer than 6-8 seconds is that alright?

Can i do grip training while doing this ?

I do a certain amount of aerobic exercises using it. I have progressed to the highest resistance, and I use the nose clip.

It has built up my stamina tremendously, especially on the basketball court.

BTW I'm in my 70s.

just get a weight plate, lay down, put on your belly over diagphragm, and do breathing exercises.

saved you some money.
