The over 50 trainer at my gym (planet Fitness) have us doing mountain climbers and jumping squats, battle ropes etc. I was reluctant initially but once I gave it a try I was shocked I could build up to doing vigorous exercises. Now I'm so glad she challenged us. If you're in good health and over 50 sky is the limit! I'm 57 yrs old. Exercise actually improves arthritis and other ailments.

I’m so glad I found you! Thank you. I am 71 had a hysterectomy at 45, and had abdominal surgery in January. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and chronic back pain. Until the last few years I was a runner and did hitt workouts daily as well as yoga. I have missed working out and being the person I used to be. My muscles have completely atrophied and I am so weak. I so enjoyed this workout and feel so good afterwards. I look forward to following you daily. Again thank you. I feel so hopeful for the first time in three years.

Loved the workout. I'm 49 but very overweight and wanted something my body can handle. It was perfect. Didn't even realise the time passing. Thank you Jessica for your time and for your explanations. Perfect for beginners. Highly recommended.

I’m 61 and do 15 minutes of yoga daily and was noticing my sagging skin and thought I need some weight training.
I found you and thought you choice of exercises and timing on each one was excellent!

Thank you, Jessica. I am 55 years young and 6 months ago broke my left hip and had a full hip replacement. I have always kept myself physically fit and as toned as possible and my goal is to not let this minor setback inhibit my movement and keep from my fitness.

Jessica love this I’m ageing and feeling it, I teach kindergarten and at 63 finding my energy levels dropping but loving to do these wonderful work outs at home as so time poor at the mo. Thankyou so much. You are an inspiration Chrissy

That nice! Relaxing end of the day workout. Most videos and classes I have found are geared more for the younger crowd. I am 60 years old and there are new challenges to improving my fitness. I’m going to try more of your videos. I feel I can trust a physical therapist. Thank you so much! 🧘‍♀️

Thanks! I am 68 (almost 69!) and I go to a Pilates Studio 2X weekly and power walk about 2 3/4 miles each day! I am in FL for the winter and so need something that I can do on a mat while I am here! Awesome job and video!!😃👍
