Congrats!!!! You made it to the end of the Total Body Transformation series!! You guys this workout series was NOT easy, so you should be proud of yourself for making it here!

Today we're hyper-targeting the waist, especially those obliques to create that natural corset around your waist. If you've been looking for a workout that will give you a natural hourglass shape, this is it you guys!!

You have 8 oblique moves today. We'll do each for 1 minute with a 15 second break in between. They are:

1. Standing Side Crunch (R)
2. Standing Side Crunch (L)
3. Reaching Candlestick (R)
4. X Candlestick (R)
5. Elbow Tap Side Plank (R)
6. Reaching Candlestick (L)
7. X Candlestick (L)
8. Elbow Tap Side Plank (L)

I actually used to do your workouts 5-6 years ago. Since the gyms are closed I‘m doing your workouts again and boy I missed that burn 🔥

I had to modify a few of the moves to a “beginner” state but omg I did the entire video and only stopped once! 😭❤️👏🏼 that’s a huge accomplishment for me.

I have to say I have struggled many years with my weight. I’m not consistent with my workouts or your videos but whenever I feel down or not positive with myself I watch your videos and will do a workout and your motivation and positive energy will change my whole week around. Even if it’s just one day a week I feel so much better watching your videos. Thank you for all your helpful tips and those crazy moves that leaves me sore for 3 days. You’re an inspiration!

I completed the 7 day ab challenge! It is the first I've ever completed and I'm so happy, it was so hard and I hated how I felt but it's nice to see a change. I lost a lot around my waist compared to what I thought would happen!

11th Feb measurements (a day or two before I joined the challenge)
Waist: 81cm
Hips: 92cm
Thigh: 62cm
Arms: 30cm

20th Feb (challenge completed)
Waist: 77cm
Hips: 90cm
Thighs: 63cm
Arms: 29cm

So it really did take a lot off my waist which I'm happy about ^-^ it's inspired me to keep working out and see more of a physical change.

I literally said "nope, not happening" when I saw elbow taps but I somehow pushed myself to do it. The other side could do better, but I definitely feel stronger. Thank you for being such a good trainer, Cassey! :)

i’m super sick with pneumonia, so sadly the workouts are too strenuous on my lungs. i’m so sad i have to take a break from the calendars after i’ve been seeing (and FEELING) such amazing results :(( I’ll still be watching and supporting from the sidelines though, i appreciate you so much!! everyone lets slay this month!

Edit: Been doing these work outs since the day i commented it last(13 days ago!) and omg i never thought i was going to be strong enough to do the last move on both feet. I kept dropping down to one knee and kept thinking i was never gonna get strong enough to lift that knee off the mat. Been doing those moves without my knee on the mat once for 2 days now and feeling so strong. Again i love your work and you motivate me everyday! Thank you!
