For my own reference lata on:
1. 15 leg swings each side
2. 25 single heel plie pulses each side
3. 20 double heel plie lifts (lift both heels at once while in plie position)
4. 25 plie pulses with both heels up
5. 25 narrow squat pulses (feet together)
6. 12 duck squats (feet hip width)
