I’ve been doing this workout for a couple of weeks and I have seen a big difference in my waist/abs!!! If your looking to see if this workout works it does!!! I really really recommend this workout!

Alright, i found my mat! Since it's February 1st i'm gonna try to workout every sing day this month! It's gonna be hard since i have school work too, but i'm gonna do it because i'm strong!!!!

This is such an amazing workout! I have done so many ab videos all over YouTube and they can get quite boring with the same kinds of moves. But this one felt so new and challenging in the best ways! Hi Bailey i have been experiencing knee pains for last two years. I was introduced to this session by my daughter and after doing it for 2 days, i had to take painkiller for work out pains but my knees feel stronger and less pain... Thank you so

This is my favorite hourglass and abs workout! I love how it is like a kneeling ab workout. I felt this in my center core! Please do more like this!
