I'm 50 and along with fibromyalgia I have EDS a nasty connective tissue disease. My skin was creppy, saggy, weak, thin and so damaged, I couldn't feel my hand rubbing on itself...if that makes sense. I started on Jan 9th and went 3 days, intermitten fast for 24 hours for the next three days then did another 3 day fast. Then 24 hour fast since then. My skin has completely turned over. My skin feels as soft as a child's, My face finally has a glow to it and the sagging is tightening up all over. I tell everyone about it now. Even seeing my change most people still refuse to release the preconceived negative stigma and propaganda that they have heard over the years regarding fasting. I will never go back to the eating lifestyle I held before. This has changed my life. I even can get off my blood pressure med cuz it's now 100 over 70 regularly. It also got me off caffeine with no headaches. I wish I would have taken pictures!

I'm doing an omad bone broth fast for 3 days to boost gut healing. I'll be going 24 hrs with just water. Drink bone broth, 40 ounces over 2 hours then repeat. This way I can stay in ketosis, heal the gut and have autophogy healing.

i went from never fasting to getting to 12 hours then 14 then 16, then 18. The longest I've gone is 21.5 hours. i'm working up to the 24, 36, 72.

I am finally done with 72 hr water only fast and going to try and do 40 days just bone broth, juices, soups (no solids), ALL FOR OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!!! Amen and AMEN

Its my 49th hour on way to a 72hrs fast for the first time ever.. first 24 hours were normal for me as I was used to it after 24 hours I have the symptoms of Headache, rumbling stomach, fatigue, etc.. hopefully will subside soon.. looking forward to all the benefits.. thanks

Completed the 72 hr fast yeeey! Broke my fast with bone broth then took plain yogurt after 30 minutes and later had chicken with cabbage and some nuts.
I need the fat bunner reset now.

I am on the last day of a 72 hour water fast. First ever, age 59.. The inflammation/ joint repair has been phenominal, and i plan on trying a 5 day next month. I did fudge a little w black coffee.. weaning off for next try! Thank you SO MUCH for all the helpful info!

I did a water fast for 3 days and felt amazing. I wanted to do a longer one, but I am staring with bone broth just to ease my addiction to food before I fully do extended water. Cravings for food are my biggest hurdle

Thank you Dr. Mindy! I've been dieting most if my life. Nothing worked. I've been 14 to18 hrs intermittent for 3 months, incredibly lost 25lbs. But I'm most excited about that I have less inflammation and more energy. And saving tones of time and money not having to prepare meals. Thank you so your videos are helpful and informative.

I’m at 115hrs into my water fast, and I drank 8oz of bone broth to keep my going. I’ve hit 5 days before, but that’s the longest I’ve ever done. I’m hoping to get to 14+ days, and will use bone broth as necessary to help me get there. I still get plenty of atophagy and my ketones did not drop so I consider it a win.

I made it to 68 hours, before I felt weak! But super proud of myself! I recently found out my uncle has dimentia- he reached out to me, asking if he has seen me since I was a little girl. 😭 I decided that I was going to 'dedicate' this fast to him, and reboot my own health. I tested my levels, consumed the LMNT (love that stuff- even have my hubby hooked) My GKI readings from my Keto Mojo had shown mt at .83!!! That's super therapeutic!!! Thank you for the videos, and helping us move toward total body health!

I’m on my 8th day of juice and bone broth fasting. My blood sugar has lowered on juice, not raised. It’s incredibly healing. The point of it is to pack as many nutrients in my body as possible, and to detox my body, and the bone broth is for healing my gut as well as provide my electrolytes, fats and proteins.
