Just a reminder that often times KICK starting your fitness and nutrition will often set you up for a "SWOOSH" like affect on the scale, the high amount of weight loss doesn't occur week after week and IS NOT my intention! Since starting this new fitness journey after having a baby, its like starting it for the first time and my body is in a place hormonally that is optimal for ME to see results! I'm sharing this journey to give others ideas, inspiration and motivation! From new mommas to those who are deep into their fitness journeys we can all get a little something from these types of videos to implement into our routines!
