Just a reminder that often times KICK starting your fitness and nutrition will often set you up for a "SWOOSH" like affect on the scale, the high amount of weight loss doesn't occur week after week and IS NOT my intention! such a fun week getting back to "myself" or at least feeling like ME! fitness has always been a HUGE part of my life and post pregnancy I'm so excited to do this 30 day challenge to see what I can do in just a few short weeks!

You are an amazing human. You truly have inspired me since before I started my weight loss journey. My highest weight was 319lbs.😩, i did have weight loss surgery may of 2023, I’m now 186 lbs and so proud of my body for what it is doing. I also don’t count calories I just track my protein and water intake. Please keep posting these videos as you have given me great ideas on how to get my protein in each day. I love a food smoothie or protein shake. I can’t eat like I use to so I rely on shakes and smoothies packed with protein.

I love that you are vegetarian. I was raised vegetarian and I follow a lot of influencers, but most of them are vegan and I change the recipes to make it vegetarian for myself. I haven’t seen one of your videos in a while and I am so excited that you are vegetarian. No judgment for me though. if you ever go back to vegan, I am still here to support you. I myself will always be vegetarian. Thanks so much for all you do!

You look so happy!!!! Love seeing this style of video. I am hopeful you will motivate me to start putting workouts as a priority and start eating healthier. I honestly don’t need to lose a pound, but it would be nice to love my body a little more. I mean my last baby is six, I have no excuses except he takes a lot of my energy.
