I agree eating the right things help so much. I use to eat about 6 times a day. All was nuts, fruit etc. The past year with pandemic i dont take off my mask in the office so i stopped eaiting my healthy food and eat three times a day. Now i dont feel as energetic or focused and my stomach feels bloated :(

How do people say this is too much? I liked your recipes, and loved that you eat a decent amount of food, instead of starving for weight loss. That's something that holds people back from losing weight, being afraid of the hunger. Thank you for attacking this missconception. 🙌🙌🙌

Girl yes! Thank you so much! I have been feeling really bad because of my hypo. I hate when everyone asks what’s wrong and I say it’s my hypo🙄. I really need to fix my diet so this will be a good way for me to start.🥰 Also, is there a place where we can buy your adaptation blend? I could really use it, thanks again!

I tried the spinach eggs and there so good Sometimes I add spring mix to my meals and add fruit to make it more healthy and so I have plenty to eat😁😊

I definitely fell off the LSF train in april and wow it's so good to hear your voice :) I've got the app. I got a beautiful home to do workouts (not living in an rv anymore lol). I'm ready now. Woo 2021

hey luv whats in your adaptagen blend your coffee always looks delicious. I can't wait to get back into healthy habits and routine. This double mastectomy surgery has me feeling so crappy not being able to workout, but these videos get me excited for eating healthy.

I just found your page and I am excited to try a few things. I have struggled so long with losing weight and trying to feel good. I have hypo and hyperthyroidism and it is so hard to try to find a balance for both. I hope this helps!
