I love that in one day you reuse several ingredients. It frustrates me when I watch " what I eat in a day" and they don't have ONE overlapping ingredient for any of the meals. I live in a city with limited storage and fridge space so the idea of having 100 ingredients (and keeping them fresh long enough) just doesn't vibe with my lifestyle. The reuse of onions, tomatoes, lettuce eggs etc is really nice.

Those tacos made out of romaine lettuce were fantastic, I made them exactly the way you did right down to having both grilled and raw onions, which is also something I've never thought of doing. They were so good and I didn't miss the tortilla at all.

I recently found your videos and you are great. You’re the only keto YouTuber who doesn’t count carbs and I love that. Most videos I watch they eat 20 grams or less of total carbs. Thank you for doing this♥️

Most people who eat keto or just lower carb don't eat 3 meals a day. I am never hungry enough to eat more than 1 or 2 meals and NEVER eat between meals. Your dinner is a lot like my "taco" salad or wraps (without the tacos or tortillas). My favorite.

i did keto and low carb and it just didnt work for me. i did lose some weight but it always make me feel horrible during the day, i switched to agoge and i think thats the best discovery i have in life

Most mornings I drink some type of bone broth ( chicken bones or fish bones), ACV and water, tea or coffee, guava leaf tea and lots of water until lunch time. Lunch is some form of vegetable grown above the ground, either steamed, braised or grilled with fresh garlic and olive oil. Dinner is really my breakfast swap. A selection from Eggs, bacon, tomato, avocado, lettuce and cucumbers and a must add in for bulk is a flaxseed meal biscuit. My snack is a selection from steamed broccoli stalk, zucchini sticks, cucumber boats, celery sticks or apple sticks with a nut butter spread. However I love your combinations. So far it is working great for me . If I feel for a change of snack my freezer has most of your Keto desserts. 💝👏🏼💕❤️🌺✅

Sometimes I use egglife wraps as a tortilla and those are good and cut them in strips and quick fry as noodles. Yum👍

I love your energy! Watching your channel has been such a tremendous help to me. As a newbie to Keto, I used to think that eating would be boring, bland, and just awful. I dreaded the entire introduction to it until I saw one of your videos and ended up making waffles, bread, etc. I'm happy to say that by following your recipes, I don't feel like I'm missing out on flavor or quality of food. I'm eating good and actually feel like I'm cheating most days, lol. Thank You!!!

I'm so excited to start my my low carb keto diet I went and bought the swerve I bought Splenda I bought everything to start doing the right thing I haven't bought keto bread and I bought lots of eggs I bought cream cheese I just bought everything so I'm going to officially start tomorrow but I love watching you because you make things sound so easy and it's I think I can handle this I think I'm going to really try to do this so and you're so beautiful and young and you you look great keep it up
