Trying this excercise for about 25 days

Current natural waist id 27 inch
Waist (hip hip) 31
Hip 34 inch
And weight 49 kg
Day 1: ooh good but still some pain in thigh
Day 2: feeling good but did this with other excercise
Day 3: feel much better but not too much change
Day 4: too much easy and i see change
