I enjoyed the quicker pace of this practice - exactly what I was looking for in the time frame I needed! Thank you!
I also appreciated the reminders and encouragement to enjoy a well-deserved savasana and to allow myself to surrender into it. I often am too efficient with my time and I'm on to the next thing. My body and mind deserved that 4 min ending. Thanks!
