I should TRAIN NECK

The thickness of our neck has a HUGE influence on our looks. I should train neck to get a thicker neck. This is what I do and what I would recommend to other people who want to get a wider neck.

I've been reading Letters from a stoic of Séneca, and I've come to find this;

"For it is silly, my dear Lucilius, and no way for an educated man to
behave, to spend one's time exercising the biceps, broadening the neck and shoulders and
developing the lungs. Even when the extra feeding has produced gratifying results and you've
put on a lot of muscle, you'll never match the strength or the weight of a prize ox"

It amazes me how even in ancients times neck and shoulder width was a priority.

Well said I've been training my neck about 4-5 times a week for 2 months after never thinking about doing it and I've seen some benefits. But it is slow going! So don't get disheartened. It's definitely helped my posture/forward head but also I had a neck imbalance where I would lean my head to one side more, now I don't almost at all from quite a severe right sided lean.

From what I've read doing neck training 2-3 times a week after 10 months you should have good visible results

No, the hoody is different also, wearing a v neck gives you a better, thicker neck because we're seeing collar bones, a hoody makes it look like a turtle.

that holly wood guy has clearly been on the juice. He has also very large genetics. But it is obvious that his skullbones have widened if you look at old pictures of him. Also he looks ridiculously thick, not eastetically ideal at all. But i agree that a thicker neck for many guys would be both functional and look better for sure. But up to a point.
Generally i think we need to stop idolizing these exstreme caricatures of human proportions. Roid bodybuilders especially. It is the furthest thing from chad, and masculinity. Almost as bad as being a lazy blob of fat.
Masculinity is pretty much: being functional. As a protector and provider. Thats it. Unless your exstreme and unproductive body is making you many money as entertainment then it is not good providing and protection and thus not manly.
