I had a massive neck when I was a swimmer because of the constant movements from left to right, up and down so I'd recommend swimming. Plus it's a full body workout.

I remember in my sophomore year of highschool, increasing my bench from 135 to 225 in about 7 months. My neck was thick until I was about 20.

Do not do neck exercises with weights until after you have done resistance exercises without weights for two or three weeks. It is important that you do not rush to get quick results because you may be exposed to serious injuries or long-term adverse results. I recommend abdominal exercises
For beginners because it targets the neck muscles as well.

Nothing ruins a physique than to have super inflated muscles everywhere and have an ordinary looking neck, kills the aesthetics. Maybe start with what these guys are saying but I would find a way to train neck with some resistance, even if it’s manually.

In the Army marched miles with a helmet on. Wear a helmet and walk 7 miles you will get a stronger neck. Ha Ha
