In this video, we're going to talk about the dangers of neck training and why you should avoid it if you want to stay safe. This bodybuilder assumes that training neck near failure is going to lead to neck pain. But that is simply not the case.
Neck training can be very harmful if your form is bad but just like any other gym exercise, if your form is bad your can get injured. Training to failure does not lead to more muscle growth either. Training to failure is a tool to use in the gym but should not be your gym focus.

Training to failure is the best for building muscle. Volume only maters if you do the effective reps which are 5 last reps till failure. New research showed that training to failure is the fastest way for gains. It's funny how you think you know everything and everyone else is wrong while you've read some old studies full of BS.

So true on training to failure. Young ones u will make more gains leaveing 1 to 2 in the tank. As a novice it really doesnt matter, but once u start benching in mid 2s and pulling in 4s u have to focus on recovery.
