Great video. As a boxer, I cannot express how important it is to have a strong neck. It also decreases the amount of headaches you get in life.

A quick info on how to start the neck training is extremely important. Start with small weights cause if you are a beginner or never trained your upper body part before, then your neck can get some serious damage. Effective exercise but don't rush your progression

Shoulders:
- front raises, shoulder press
- pull backs
- side delt

Traps:
- barbell shrugs
- Dumbell shrugs (2x)

Neck:
- neck harness (2x)
- neck front raises (2x)

Yes Yes Yes. I as a beginnmer have made sure to never neglect delts, traps and neck because I always felt they took a physique to the next level and my neck is on the longer side too. So glad to see this video.
