when i used to wrestle, we would do what is essentially a back bend but your weight is on your neck. It’s a hard thing to do, but enough will build your neck big time. try it

I'm not a fan of neck exercises. They are an excellent way to cause permanent damage to your spine. You can still get all necessary neck development just by doing shrugs and heavy farmers carries, without the added risk of injury that these more isolated exercises pose.
