I've been doing the bridging exercise but it's given me horrible backache. This is the problem when you're older like me - any new exercise tends to create as much pain as the condition you're trying to cure!

I have X ray report that says of 9mm on calcific density projects just superior to the right greater Trochanter. Will these exercise ease out my pain due to this type of bursitis?

I have bursitis, exercises only made me worse, I felt better just doing nothing.
