The Malignant Narcissism is by far the most dangerous type of narcissism. It is quite difficult to identify the traits of malignant narcissism in women who are expert actresses at hiding the manifestation of narcissism in the beginning stages, however, when the mask comes off, they will be sadistic, vindictive, and will do anything to put their partner through pain and misery. If you are someone dealing with this kind of psychological and/or physical abuse, you need to stop normalizing this and you need to get out safely. You are not alone. My brother went through this for 13 years. He broke in January 22 and murdered his cheating narc wife’s boyfriend then took his own life at 42. 5 kids were left without fathers and the narc skates on to the next victim.

This is so spot on. Please heed her advice to save yourself a lot of pain and suffering and possibly your reputation. They have no moral character or integrity and will do whatever they deem necessary to punish you and make your life a living hell just to exert power and control over you. Once you are in it and deeply trauma bonded, very hard to break free. Once you break free and heal, come up with a list of values you want to see in yourself and a potential partner, then always check in whether that other person lives up to those values most of the time. We all make mistakes and are human.This will protect you from people like her in the future.

You are describing my wife of over 30 years exactly. She went from the most loving woman imaginable, to the most vicious, spiteful, lying woman as soon as we were married. Using her lies to make me think we were getting close to fixing whatever had changed. Just stringing me along for decades.

wow!! I had to install cameras in the house, carry a personal voice recorder too... and as soon as she realised I was recording.. she would try and turn it to try and accuse me of starting the abuse, but off course the beginning was already recorded so she could not get away with it and also the cameras and keeping written daily records also helped tremendously.

You described my dear ol' mom perfectly, except for one thing. She's extremely vengeful and sadistic, but also extremely neurotic. Under stress, she starts to become psychotic, which has resulted in two separate involuntary psych holds.

Childhood was bewildering and scary with her, she was physically and emotionally violent constantly. When she was affectionate it was always covertly incestuous which felt repulsive and manipulative. I used to think that she just inflicted pain as a byproduct of her pathology, but I've seen undeniable evidence that she really does enjoy inflicting pain.

It’s almost as if you know my ex wife and had a front row seat to the slow motion train wreck that was my marriage. Fortunately I got out with custody of our children but unfortunately I’m forced to “coparent” with her . She owes $10k in back child support at this point and still constantly asks things of me even though I’m a “monster” . I’ll never be truly rid of her.

My girlfriend of 16 months is a narcissist . I knew she was 1 because I was married to 1 for 28 years and it was torture. So low & behold I got divorced. Great video. Something not mentioned is the professional victim they also usually want to be. She needles and pushes you until you snap and tell her "B**ch shut your f**king c**t mouth!!!" Congratulations, you just gave her a nice story she can tell everyone what a jerk you are (forgetting how it got to that point).
And if you never do this, they either see you as weak or that they never have to listen to your objections. You cannot win.
