Hope you’re staying motivated to keep up with some sort of home exercise routine. I read all your comments and many of you requested a longer stretch routine and some of you asked for standing stretches - well, here’s both...and bonus, I’m on the beach!! The sound of the waves is calming and peaceful. This is relaxing, but provides a great soothing stretching routine that will leave you feeling loose and relaxed and great. Enjoy!

My Mom is 93 and just LOVES your workouts! This stretching one, especially. Since the virus hit, she hasn't been able to go to the gym for her fitness class so I found you on YouTube. I am joining her often for your sessions. Love your workouts! Keep them coming!

Hi Jenny, I love all your videos and rotate among them each week. I really like the new one on the ocean. Be careful with that lightning in the background!! It is hard to get to the ocean with the lockdown, so it was a special treat to have this video on the beach and listen to and watch the waves while stretching. Appreciate all your wonderful encouragements and videos for seniors.

Having just entered Lockdown 3 in a cold and grey January England, I was very much in need of more than just guided stretching (for my Parkinson's). Your stretches on the beach, with the gentle waves, clouds (and lightning!) in the background were just what I needed and reduced the stress and left me (and the dog) able to enjoy the fresh air and a muddy damp walk . Thank you for all your videos, I enjoy them all and I am a great deal fitter now at 68 than I have been for most of my life!

Thank you Jenny for all of the amazing videos. I am a first grade teacher who was desperately looking for a daily routine and I was thrilled to find your channel. You have helped me keep me from completely loosing it. My favorite is of course, this one. I do the stretches everyday. The combination of the stretches and the beach is a great way to start the day. I like to do one of your garage workouts immediately after stretching . Today I tried the 35 min- 30 sec exercise in your living room with cans! More beach videos... pretty please! Thank you so much!

Jenny, thank you, thank you, thank you! Your exercises and routines are just what I need, at a level where I am challenged but also really doable so I feel successful! I also really appreciate the mix of the kinds of routines you have. And this morning at the beach was fantastic. Not being able to get out in nature has been one of the hardest parts of being isolated, so being at the beach with you this morning was balm to my soul! May God bless you as you have blessed us!

Hello Jenny, thank you for your wonderful stretch routine by the sea. I was brought up by the sea where I lived until I was 18, after which I moved to Chesterfield Derbyshire, about as far inland as you can get. Now a grandmother of 9 I have been doing your stretch exercises daily. They bring a great sense of peace and leave you feeling energised and more able to cope with the strange isolation . Perhaps one day i will get to visit the sea again and hold my grandchildren. Thank you for helping, keep safe.

I finally found a great instructor in you. I am 65 and can do your exercises and love the music you play and always right on cue in changing movements. ❤️ Thank you for caring for us seniors!

Hi Jenny. As an (untravelling) travel journalist, I love three of your workouts in particular - the ocean/beach stretching, the quarantined at home aerobics one (with retro Californian music a bonus) and the upper body strengthening one. Huge thanks for making life more fun and fulfilling!

Thank you so much Jenny, your videos have made isolation much easier to cope with, and even though the virus has not affected our town we are still cautious. We are fortunate that Australia is an isolated country. I hope you and your family are safe, you mentioned you are in North Carolina which I read had a large number of cases. Hopefully one day soon life will return to normal🙏

Returned to this great stretch after a long gap now that gyms are open again.Having to isolate for ten days it was wonderful to have this stretch to go back to.I’d forgotten how restorative it is to see and hear the ocean.

Good morning, Jennie!You have become my friend in the kitchen(where I do me exercises) in this time of isolation. I start the day with the stretching exercises, it was inspired to set this by the ocean. Mid afternoon I do one of the other programmes, my favourites at the moment are the one set in your living room and the balance one. My balance is slowly improving(I broke my ankle a year ago) and I am feeling more supple than I have in a while. Your positivity and encouragement shine through. Thank you.

Jenny since our self isolation here in the UK my husband and I started exercising to your videos. we feel energised, fitter and certainly have fun in what would otherwise be a very depressing time. Good Job!

This morning I joined you with your 25-minute aerobics and then this stretch on the beach. I so enjoy exercising with you. I practice yoga and so the stretch on the beach was very good for me. Thanks Jenny I hope you have a good day xx

Thank you so much for doing workouts as well as stretching exercises. I’m 65 with osteoporosis, and feel so much better with your videos. The beach with the sound of waves in the background is amazing. It’s a sound of relaxation making it easy to do a workout or stretching at the same time.

Hi Jenny, I just discovered your videos a few weeks ago (air quality here in LA forced us inside for workouts). But, I am very happy I found you. I love the shorter (25mins or so) workouts the best, however I always feel I need to stretch after. Today I found your stretch on the beach!!! Holy cow. I love the ocean so this video really helped me relax as well as stretch. Thank you much.
