Welcome to 20 minute Standing Beginner Yoga. In this practice we will do some of the most common standing yoga poses, staying a little longer in each pose so you have time to notice how your body feels in each pose, which muscles are working, and which muscles are getting a stretch.
You can do this practice without a yoga mat - just make sure you are standing on a surface where your feet won't slide.

Uliana, you are such a super star when it comes to teaching yoga; your gentle cues, humility and grace comes through in every practise! As someone who learned to do yoga in an ashram and have had a few 500hrs certified teachers during my 49yrs as a yogini, you are without any doubt on top of your game! Teaching yoga has become a common thing, but finding a certifiably good teacher is another! Namaste and many blessings.

I only did this for international yoga day to get an achievement in my apple watch but I enjoyed this so much, I can’t believe how mentally relaxing this was despite how physically exhausting it is.

Hi Uliana, after almost 4 months of non-physical activity due to Covid, followed by an injured hand this was a great session to start with. It was easy to follow and helped me a lot it was a standing as well, the instructions are balanced with your soft voice making it very calming 😊
