Love leg raises at all different angles!
I now can touch my toes with straight knees. Working on Asian squat, wide squats, planks, reverse crunch.

I have done a version of the hip extension exercise where the teacher said to keep the leg you're standing on perfectly straight with no bent knee, and I ended up injuring myself. I like your version of the exercise better because you're keeping both knees slightly bent at all times. I intend to do the exercise your way from now on. Thank you!

As always you’re podcasts are soo informative and unique. Currently, I’m on my 9th month of home rehab from my hip impingement injury and still feel a little discomfort from my lower butt on one side only. This is really great! I've been having so much trouble with hip extension for years, which has caused very tight quads and more or less constant pain in certain areas of the front thihg. It would be really helpful with a video on how to improve hip extension when walking and biking and in general how to improve it (stretches and exercises).

Thank you so much. Just what I needed. My glutes are really weak. And because they're weak, I cant make squats. Or glute exercises. I do, but i feel the quad and hamstrings doing all the work. But never the glutes. So thank you. This exercise will strengthen my glutes. thank you

I am a new subscriber and I love the videos and have been doing many of your exercises and I see they are helping me. I have my left knee with osteo arthritis and so that side all joints from my neck to foot are always bothering me day in day out.

I am constantly stretching and doing strength exercises all day everyday. Trying to get into better health. Your videos are very helpful and thank you.
