I woke up with a crunch sound from my neck and was told it was a pinch nerve. I did the wrapping the pillowcase around my neck and it has helped relieve so much of the pain. Thank you so much!!

You saved my neck! I have been doing almost all of those bad sleeping habits for years and finally woke up with a pinched nerve a week ago. Started doing your stretches and following this sleep guide after I noticed the pain would revert after bedtime. I feel so much better. I wish you were in MO so I could get an actual session. 🤗

This came at the best time! I have been suffering some blinding neck and shoulder pain and horrible headaches, today is 21/2 weeks and I think I've found what's happening when the doctors have kept saying it's just a migraine and giving me the usual advice of rest, but I've been sleeping with my hand under my neck which I believe has been making it worse! You guys are great 👍🏼

After trying about 20 different pillows for my head plus a pillow for between my knees and for my back, the one that finally worked for me was called a "pregnancy" pillow. It is an inverted U shaped body pillow that works just like they were talking about but instead of having two or three pillows in is an all in one. I toss and turn a lot during the night which meant having to grab 3 pillows and realign them each time I turned over. With the "pregnancy" support pillow now all I have to do is just turn over, get settled in and back to sleep. They have a large number of them on Amazon where I got mine is different shapes, lengths, covers, etc.

My many years of living with PTSD and the upper body tension during an episode has finally caught up with me and started giving me upper neck pain and the base of my skull.

It is necessary to keep on moving to have better health. Once awaken in the morning we have to consider being very fortunate cause many people didn't wake up. Helping another person, help lift up your spirit. Make this world a better place. PEACE AND LOVE.

Just want you two to know you are still making a difference. I have not had a good night sleep in two weeks due to a pinch nerve. I watched this video yesterday and slept with NO PAIN through the night last night with these suggestions. As someone who values sleep, I can not thank you enough!!

Every time I search for a specific video y’all are the ones to have it! Thanks for sharing all these videos :) I’m hoping to fix my own pain soon and avoid pain meds and dr visits. I’m torn between a pinched nerve in my neck and a rotator cuff tear or tendonitis.
I’m considering just sleeping on my yoga mat tonight

For the first time in months, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my arm that prevents me from falling back asleep. I can't believe it was as easy as putting a pillow under it. So glad I found this video!

Omg life savers, I’ve trapped a nerve in my neck and haven’t been able to sleep pain free for quite a few days. The support pillow was no good as hurt more to use it, but will definitely try the rolled up towel. ( I’m also a side sleeper! Cheers guys!)
