This practice will help relieve all of those tight muscles that contribute to chronic low back pain & sciatica pain. We're talking about the hips, glutes, low back (QL), and hamstrings. These stretches are accessible for all ages and all levels, with no equipment needed, and I find them to be super effective. These are my go to stretches when I notice low back pain from sitting and slouching too much, and they're also part of my everyday practice for low back and sciatica pain prevention. So get ready to give your low back some sweet love!

This practice is great for all fitness levels, including beginners, and for bodies of all shapes and sizes. Always listen to your body, take breaks whenever necessary, skip or modify any poses that feel unreasonable in your body, and most importantly HAVE FUN ;-)

Loved this David but I love all of your videos. They are not full of 50 million vinyasas. You love teaching and it comes from your heart which comes through so pleasantly. No pressure and such gentleness. You are a true blessing. I wish more yoga teachers would get back to the true essence of yoga and what it's supposed to be.

First time I've come across your channel, amazing practice. I've, been practicing yoga for 10 years and that's the best cobra I've ever achieved. Had back problems since I was 18 and have a knackered spine but I've almost completed my ytt & can't wait to teach others like myself. Wow, thank you David. This has to be one of the best flows I have done for my old grumpy back. 26 years as a nurse with a sore back is miserable. Yoga is the only thing that is keeping me moving. This flow really helped me today. The QL stretch was amazing and new to me. Keep up the great work, love the explanations too, helps us understand what we are trying to achieve. 🙏🏻🧘🏼‍♀️💜

First time checking out one of your videos and this was really what the left low side of my back needed! The sharp shooting pain is gone and I think it was from the QL stretch!! So relieving. Subscribed and can't wait to dive into some more of your content.

This video is great for all levels. The way you are guiding us, everyone can do this. From the beginner yoga, to the not experienced at all, to the intermediate to advanced yogi’s. (I’m maybe in between there somewhere…but ah every day I’m learning here more and more.
