Heart rate up, perspiration ++, face flushed, muscles aching, what more could one ask for in a workout for some one in his late 60s. Highly recommended for those in the senior years I would say. Great for coordination which demishes with advancing years!

At some points in this exercise, I felt like I took a time trip back to an 80s and 90s workout video or sitcom 😅😂😂😂 it had me giggling while I was trying to stop this belly fat from jiggling. Great video 😆😁

This is a great suggestion. Especially after this pandemic. I do the beginning work outs when I stop at a crosswalk during my 2mile walk in the morning. Such a great way to start the day
