I've been doing his videos for months now. I started out with 5 mins. Now on to this one. I've been working out every night for about 5 months now & I'm loving my results! I have a 4 pack now & I'm just starting! Determination and motivation is key.

This is an amazingly intense workout that really forces you to use your lower abdominals if you want to be able to finish the workout. When I started out my lower abdominals were barely doing anything and I could barely do any of it, six weeks in I can very nearly do it all without stopping. Another week ot two and I will finish it without stopping. Huge kudos to the coach here who does it all effortlessly whilst giving great encouragement and instructions. Many thanks for this Coach!

It gets better 3 days later. I did only first half of the vdo thr first day and i hated it. I couldnt keep doing it. Now it gets better. I have to say what he says is really helping. Very motivating.

when he said, we are going back to the sprinter, thats 4 minutes in, come on push>> lol, my legs fell to ground, i guarantee if you keep up with this in about a month you will be able to hang for the entire video, give it a try... im able to hang for the entire video and i will be showing it soon on my own channel, check it out.. keep pushing you can do it, and the results are awesome,
