Honestly doing this twice a day with 30-45 mins of cardio combined with each time works. I’ve lost 3 lbs so far in three days.

To achieve a better result, I do any exercise of loosing weight b4 bed, after morning workout make sure you take a lot of water during the day and also cut down calories, follow it up well and I believe you will achieve a better result you want

Today is April 1, 2019. I started dieting February 1, 2019 and as of today I have lost 25 pounds. I need to lose 10 more pounds. I found this video and have decided to add this workout to my program. I did this video earlier this morning and it is a very good workout. I intend to do this video every morning and I am excited to see how this video helps me in my weight lose journey. I need to lose 12 kilograms real bad and I always mess up my diet and gain weight. I will try this for 4 weeks and I hope I will see a good result.

Started this workout today!! Current weight:59kgs
Goal: 56kgs.
Decided to do this workout twice a day.
Day 1: Completed.
Day 2: Completed.
Day 3: Completed.
Day 4: Completed.

I have checked my weight after 7 days and I have gained 0.5kgs. Going to drop this workout and go for Roberta's 14 day weight loss challenge.

I am 135 pounds and I am trying to get down to 115-120. Im doing this everyday + other workouts + diet. Im only 5'4 which isnt overweight, but I let go of myself for a few weeks and would like to get back in shape. Ill try to update, because it is my second day doing this
Day 3: I havent gotten to weighing myself yet, but I am doing the workout everyday + 15 mins of running and 15 mins of volleyball/basketball (depends day). I also cut down my unhealthy eating habits and eating habits in general.
Day 4: I ate a little bit of junk food today and yogurt ( i got a little off track) and I am still doing this workout every morning. Today I also did 10 minutes of running and 25 minutes of hockey. I got to weighing myself and I already got to 130 pounds so far. I am stilll going tho Ill update again
Day 7: Sorry guys I forgot to update. On the weekend, I didnt do my workout, but I did just dance and walking. I havenmt been aable to heck my weight, but i checked my waist and it used to be 28 inches, and now its 27. I went off my diet for a day because I went to the movies too. Ill update again
