This is one of the hardest thing to do when you're a "foodie" youtuber. Spending all your time eating and recording yourself eat for content. I'm glad you're able to find the middle line and lose weight and still eat and record yourself!

Agreed - changing diet hands down is the best thing you can do. I am personally on a one meal a day diet. Lost 40 lbs over like 6 months, plus I cut out all the garbage. Keep it up bro

1.) Exercise: 10, 000 steps everyday, which you jogged and you did some other exercises.

2.) Food: Don’t over eat, less fried foods, avoid sugary drinks, more vegetables, lots of water, healthy cereal, and fruits. With a couple of cheat days.

3.) Discipline: every day you aimed to achieve your goal.

If I missed anything let me know. I want to lose 15 pounds in 1 month too!

Congrats, Steve! I started my quest to lose weight last week by jogging/walking every day, stopped eating fast food and sugary food, snacks, and drinks. Lost 2lbs. Your video is very helpful and motivating. Thank you for your helpful tips!

Awesome congratulations. You’re giving me some motivation. I’m a foodie also and it’s hard, my job is no physical activity also and I’ve become lazy . I want to do this i need to. This positive video makes me wanna get up and “get started” which by the way is the hardest part I think.

I just love your voice and your positive weight loss journey. You should do a weigh loss video on how you keep the weight off once you have the weight goal you want, something I find difficult.

So glad I found your video. I want to lost 10 to 15 lbs in a month. I have to get a hip replacement in about 6 weeks and do figured every pound lost will help recovery. I am only able to use a bike till it's replaced so that is not too fun but at least it's some exercise. Thank you for your advice and motivation.

Two years later as I write this, I have to ask if you kept the weight off? I think it would be better to make a video like "How I lost 15 pounds in 3 months and really enjoyed the process." In other words, profound lifestyle changes, but paced in such a way as to make them sustainable and "easier".

Intermittent fasting 16hr fast/8hr eat and circuit training with weights. Doing cardio only tends to make you lose muscle mass instead of fat. Increasing muscle mass helps with metabolism (especially resting metabolism).
