my knees always crack, fact of life. at some point during this and the 20' rest day mobility my knees stopped aching and cracking, i haven't felt pain-free or without cracking all over the place in over 9 years, i can't believe the beauty of being able to move without pain or limitations! danke sehr julia, wirklich! danke

OH JULIA!!! Loved this one a lot. Rest day for me this am, so woke up and did this before work just to get ready to start my day. I loved every moment. The lying t-spine rotation was the bomb 💣 😊 Felt amazing on the spine. The laying hip cars were also great. You just have so many wonderful moves. I look forward to seeing what you put together.

these are so great!! im trying to get back into shape and sometimes i have a really hard time getting around to do a workout or anything for that matter, and ive been doing these on those days and its really helping me establish a routine even tho its not a full workout!! thank you so much❤

I am amazed at all the different variations of movements you come up with in small 8 minute routines, to your lengthier, more technical flows. Alone, lots of hard work, do you also do your own editing? I've noticed alot of people never mention the hard work it takes, just to maintain the shape and form of a fit body, so good on you and keep it up. Any ideas for the Achilles area, stretch or not to stretch?
