I am a certified personal trainer, and my opinion is, No matter what your goal is always do cardio after your weight training. You will burn more calories and you will never feel dizzy during weight training.

Buddy fat loss ke liye, best hai ki cardio after workout karre.
Weight training will deplete stored carbs therefore, it will enhance fat loss during cardio.

Maturity is realizing that cardio has nothing to do with fat loss or bulking. So, doing after workout is preferable in both the scenarios in order to preserve energy for strength training.

I wanted to ask ...if i do gym 3 days ...2 days yoga asana 1 day cardio ...

but i want to do 7 days yoga ...3 days Gym muscle building and 1 day cardio ... does it make sense ? Or will yoga hinder my muscle building 😅

Cardio will work after workout in fat loss too. Because your muscle glycogen and blood glucose will be depleted and the body will use stored fat. And overall calorie deficit matters, nhi to chahe jitni marzi cardio kr lo. Body ban gayi to kuch bhi gyaan chodega kya 5vi fail
