I find for me eating from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. is where I lose weight. Trying to eat 100 or fewer carbs a day now. Still eat fruits and veggies and have a sweet treat now and then. Will not do carnivore or omad.

I think that it is so interesting that you said when u did 16:8 you lost only a lb and even at OMAD u still only lost a lb. You do need to monitor yourself every body type is different and age and how much u have to lose plays a huge factor. Nice!

I would be thrilled if I could lose with 16:8, but have never been able to lose with that big of window. I am doing OMAD with a 1-2 eating window and have lost 9 lbs. Hopefully once I lose all of my weight I can extend to 4 or 6 to maintain. My stomach has really shrunk so I can’t eat very much.

Others say not to keep the same routine, to switch so your body won’t get used to it. Getting used to it will actually slow it down. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I lost 30 pounds doing that but last spring i wanted to go on a fasting break and cant seem to restart it again

Oh wow I didn’t realize you lost a pound a week with 16:8 and OMAD as well. I wonder why you didn’t lose more on OMAD? I’m curious because some days I’d like to come off OMAD and do a 16:8 but I’m terrified that I’ll start gaining the weight back

I did 16/8, some days even 20/4 for 2 weeks ..didn't lose any weight despite counting calories and reducing carbs ..I will try 2 or 3 weeks more and see if iI will ever lose weight on IF ..I used to lose weight easily by only slight calorie restriction but I am trying IF as I found recently that I had insulin resistance and hypertension.

Jesus said in the Gospel of Peace says to eat two times a day at high sun and sunset ! And to fast on the Seventh day SABBATH (Saturday) and we are to eat fruits green lefty veggies 🎉
