I fast for 18 hours and eat healthy during the 6 hours. I’m 54 and post menopausal, so it’s a lot tougher to lose the weight.

My eating window is from 2pm-3:30. I eat nothing after that until the next day at 2pm. The weight is definitely coming off fast. I have decided to eat what I want on Sundays though. So I’m only doing IF 6 days a week

16:8 always works best for me. Especially 7 days a week. Easy to stick to. I crave less junk and sleep better too

I do 18:6 and it’s a lifestyle !! A fast isn’t something you just do for a week or 2. Humans are literally built to fast. Keeping your body in ketosis as long as possible but not starving yourself at the same time is the magic pill when it comes to weight management, weight loss, memory and even delaying dementia if you have a family history.

I tend to do my strength training in the evenings, just not an early bird! I bet that would help my progress though.

I work hard and save money. I did gastric sleeve surgery in 2015 and down from 85kg to 58kg in 1year time. Then i got pregnant. Mauntained my weight to 62 but seems the size isnt the same with before pregancy. In 2021 i almost 68kg. Until 2023 i decided to lose more. I took ozempic 3months down from 67kg to 57-58 as instructed. No exercise. Not much appetite and eat more unhealthy stuff whenever i crave it. Now aftersometimes the weight is back 62-63. Very very hungry cant stop binge specially at night and midnight.
So injected back again 0.5mg. Now
