Great practice, Brittany! Thanks for sharing! 😊. I found the blocks very helpful while doing that extreme back bend 🤭 placing one below the skull and the other one below the shoulder blades at the lowest height 👍🏻😌 You should record guided meditations, your voice is so calming 😌
