Rebecca-Louise, you are the best coach ever! I am 47 years old and have run 30 marathons. I have run whole life and never done body work. I have a stroke (due to stress) and not write well. I commit to doing our videos for two months (for a start). I love the videos that focus on the arms and advanced abs. The way you focus I’m telling how did you each posture is very very helpful. I did your full body workout and I was done for the day . . . or so I thought, but I came across this great video and I had to do it!! Now, I am truly done for the day. I used 2 10 lb dumbells and a 20lb for the overhead lifts. I definitely feel the burn! Great workout!

I love seeing short, effective workouts like this! My #1 excuse for not working out is that I "don't have to time, " but pretty much anyone can find a spare ten minutes in their day! I always remind myself that working out will be worth it because I've never once regretted a workout by the time I'm done!

Just found this video I've been doing some other workouts but I wanted to add more to my routine and this is perfect I did it today without weights but will go on the hunt for the other small weights to do it again tomorrow

My little nieces fondly call them the "Jiggaly-jiggalies" or grandma's jello arms. Grandma passed away but we still call em "Jiggaly-jiggalies" in her "honor" for affectionate fun. Love the workouts! Love working out with Rebecca since her XHIIT years. Fun and motivational! Yey! So great to see you have your own channel now. Congrats! Hope to actually meet you someday when traveling is much safer again.
