Nice way to cause a rotator cuff injury. How about just holding a V sit with perfect technique until fatigue. Please post this video so i can see how long you can hold that. Long lever plank just helps you rely on your arm and chest strength..not consolidate core strength. How long can you even hold a traditional plank?
