I think there’s a issue with the word core that was demonstrated in this video. People tend to think of only abs when core is mentioned.

My stability training consists of not using pins on anything, especially on squats, that way I can see if my walkout isn't a mess too and also how much it moved after I finished my set, it usually doesn't move it if it does it's just a tiny bit.

Hey, how to incorporate these core exercises into your daily routine? Should it be on the same day as leg day, but wouldn't that affect your lifts if your core gets exhausted? Or should it be on other lift days in between your leg sessions?
