Girl this is so useful. There are so many squat tutorials on YouTube but they are not as clear and informative as yours, this one. We be following those and end up with pains we have had without any progress in case of fitness. Thank u ♥️

Thank you!!!! Saving this video. I have messed up my back 4 times in the past year and now starting physical therapy. Mostly hurt it from heavy squat and deadlift but the most recent episode was from just a simple body squat. My physical therapist just asked me to do this to show her my form and I didn’t really understand the concept other than she said we will work on form and strengthening my core and the muscle around my spine.
