Part of that foot movement is her being in a high bar position which tends to require the torso to stay upright but hip flexors are often tight and as a person gets towards the bottom the body tilts forward and you go more on your toes (as she does), a pair of weightlifting shoes could correct that, it is still good to stretch those hip flexors and with all leg pressing movements work on using ur whole foot so that you aren't off balance and can use more total force

If I squat narrow stance, my hip feels fine and allows me to go deep. Sadly, my knees tend to get pain. Going wider stance, my hips only allows me to go slightly short of parallel. Not even 90 but my knees feels better. And yes, I have stretched and stretched. Tried it all throughout the years. Knees out, feet forward, outward, more outward etc etc . Sigh. My legs aren't even attached the same way in the sockets. I'm pretty sure of that. This shit drives me crazy.

OP: The barbell placed on top of the traps looks like a high bar squat but your spine angle looks more like a low bar squat. Is the barbell staying centered over your mid foot during the entire movement? I would suggest adding front squats to your routine to remind your body to squat with your legs and not your spine. You may be doing a partial squat with a good morning rather than a proper high bar squat. Alan Thrall has a good video on the difference between high bar and low bar squat and the common mistake of combining aspects of both to get a good morning. No matter what squat style you do, the barbell should stay centered over mid foot through the entire movement. The “tripod” of the feet should be able to stay in contact with the ground at all times just like Aaron says.

Woe. Ya after using a real hip sled one day I realized on the squat rack that I was essentially doing the same thing & that I was pressing the floor/earth away from me. Kinda a weird way of thinking of it, but that day my squat jumped huge. I was in my own bubble, if you get it? Pushin a dent in the earth ⭕️

My calves and ankles are so tight my heels always lift up. Are there any specific stretches to help loosen all that up??
