Squatting hack ✅

If you have knee pain from arthritis or from something different- your knee(s) may be sensitive to squats ☝🏽

If they are, don’t worry- you can regain the ability to squat again! ✅

You just have to know how to change the movement so it feels better on the knees 😅

This modification can be really helpful because it forces you to really sit back, putting less pressure through your knees 🙌🏼

You will also feel this in your thigh muscles 💪🏽

You can add weight to this once you’ve mastered it without weight by holding a dumbbell or kettlebell near your chest in a goblet position 👀

If you don’t have dumbbells that lay flat on the ground (no circular heads as they can roll and be very unstable)- you can elevate your heels with a wedge, a small weight plate, or another object that will not move and is about an inch or two in height ✅

How do these feel for you??

I have a grade 1 torn meniscus and always have this fear like my knee is going to go out of whack especially when I bend.
