Blows my mind how doctors and physical therapist (it's literally their job to know these things) can't help their patients, but you help in one day 😰😵‍💫

I appreciate how you cap these with saying they are on the rignt track, and not necessarily fixed or cured.

As a fellow PT, it’s a huuuge bummer no other “professional” could help this man before now. Good on you brother

Just did this off the side of my staircase landing, 3 sets of 10 on both sides, and my knee pain is over 70% better, almost completely gone. I can tell I have more weakness on the right side too. This is awesome!!! Will do this on a regular basis so I can keep deadlifting pain free and strong. Thank you so much bc I was scared I would have to stop enjoying barbell! Your videos are THE BEST!! 🎉🎉🎉

On the whole "he doesn't look like he's been squatting for ten years" I have patella tracking syndrome in both news and now sciatic nerve pain on both sides of my back and can barely do a leg let alone deadlifts and heavy squats. It's hard to build muscle when injured

Thanks. I randomly developed knee pain during a deadlift just now. Searched you up found this and corrected my form along with a band. Knee pain gone. Thanks SU!

This video really hits home. I've had similar issues with my knees and it's been tough to find a solution.

It's incredible how long someone can endure knee pain and still push through. Makes you appreciate how important proper form is during squats.

Why would a doctor know all this? I am a doctor and none of this is taught in medical school. Orthopedic doctors are trained to diagnose and fix problems say like you tore your meniscus or fractured your arm. Their role is not to be a physical therapist or strength or conditioning coach. We have to know so many things already when it pertains to medicine and the doctors were there to rule out any medical issue with the knee. Once that was ruled out, he was referred to physical therapy. Unfortunately not every physical therapist will be able to exactly identify your issue. Glad he found the help he needed but your comment about how all the doctors and physical therapists failed him is pretty off base

Man I'm 33 and the first time in my life I did a pain free squat. But those bums are on fire now. Can't tank you enough

Hello sir, I saw your channel and knew I am one step closer to having my several months knee pain solved. I’d like to book a remote consultation with you and also tell you the fruitless efforts I’ve made with doctors here. I hope you are able to see this 🙏🏽

Whats helped me on my knee pain was actually squatting deeper. Idk why but when I go way deeper I get compliments in the gym of how perfect my form is. Something about going deep forces me to squat the right for.
