In this video, we will discuss the “One Pain-Free Rep” principle and provide an example of how it applies to knee pain while squatting. This concept can influence your programming for all your clients in pain, but if you or your athletes have issues with squatting, be sure to grab a band and give this exercise a try!
The primary objective of the Z-Health methodology is to change the brain. Since these functional and structural neural changes are really just the anatomical basis for learning, we start every training session with the question “what does the client’s brain need to learn today to make them better?” For many clients, the most important lesson you can provide them is a positive experience wherein movement doesn’t hurt.
