Back with a new 20 Minute NO REPEAT Full Body Workout With Weights and bodyweight. In this full body workout we will hit every muscle group in the body. With a combination of weights and our bodyweight

Even with light weights this will work up a serious sweat and if you want to make it tougher , you can simply up the weight in the dumbbell exercises.

As this can be done with bodyweight also and light dumbbells , it means there are no excuses and anyone can give it a go. Whether you are looking for a beginner home workout , intermediate of more advanced workout

So grab a little space at home , grab those dumbbells and let's do this

I have been off for a while.n those burpees at the end really finished me off.
I had to turn the heater off, but finally I have done one of your workouts in the cooler weather. That was a good workout for me to get back. Not at full strength, but getting there!
