How To Use It?

Find a dark comfortable place to rest your head and relax. If you aren't able to nap somewhere dark, try using an eye mask to help block out the light.

As you are trying to nap, it's always best to have your eyes closed.

When to Listen?

Don't listen to this power nap track too close to bedtime, because it might disrupt your sleep.

That said, my personal preference is to use headphones, as I find they help to block out external sound and make it easier to nap. The choice is yours.

How Loud Should The Volume Be?

There is varying advice and opinions on the impact of volume with brainwave entrainment, with some saying the louder it is the more impact it has. From my own experience, my advice is to play it at a volume level you feel comfortable with. The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that its uncomfortable for you. Somewhere in the middle is my recommendation. Because you are trying to fall asleep with this track, I'd start off by trying a lower volume and see how you respond to that.

My 'go to' for whenever I need to recharge myself during the day. I often fall asleep during it but if I stay awake it's just as effective.

+Nano man - there could be a few reasons why you regularly get a headache after a nap.  You might be dehydrated. Perhaps you could be napping at the wrong time of day, so try changing when you nap.  Maybe you always nap in an awkward sleeping position.  Or you might regularly wake up at the wrong time during the nap, and this creates a feeling of grogginess and a headache.  This track will help to regulate your nap period better, and it brings you out of the deep sleep state towards the end, to help reduce grogginess.  I've also just uploaded a shorter 30 minute power nap video: Theta Power Nap Increase Energy, Productivity, Memory - isochronic tones.  Whichever one you try, drink a glass of water before you nap and see if that also helps.

Been listening to this and the 30 min nap one for a few years now I don't usually fall asleep till the end but this one has put me in some mad drams commenting now as its 4.57 in the morning and I can't sleep

Hi Jason, your tracks are really helpful, but when I tried to sleep, it sounded like the music that they play in a horror movie when someone's about to get stabbed in the back. I got a little paranoid!

Other than that, it's a great track! :)

Jason, should i be sleeping in Pitch black darkness?is it better?in my house i have a window that can graduallt get darker and i never know how dark i should put it as i also sometimes nap after lunch and it feels good to have some light

I researched isochronic tones and several sources have stated that they don't work in the delta range period. Has your research found and evidence that they work in the delta band? I realize that there is a lot of misinformation on the internet. Bwe isn't the easiest subject to research. I am interested in your opinion on delta waves. Thanks for all your time and effort to help people better them selves.
