Tip: After watching one of his power nap videos, (regardless of length) fight the urge to continue sleeping (Get up for a glass of water or something), and once you do you'll find that your more awake than before you watched/listened to his video.

Been using this alot. Strangely my thoughts turns into random lucid dream, I can wake up with a reboot brain and not as sleepy as before I listen to this. Thanks Jody for making such a great lifesaver!

It is interesting how you have random thoughts intially and then you fall into sleep and slowly comeback to chatter like vivid dreams and then, the Bell!
Feels a lot more than 10 mins.
Been using this almost daily now.

After a month of using this, i wake up myself at 9:51- before the bell. Thank you Jody! I'm preparing for med school, and I don't really get much sleep; these naps help me not go into sleep debt and stay productive without dozing off in the mornings

Even if I don’t fall asleep, I fall asleep and wake up alert! These videos are magical. Tip: set an timer for 3 minutes after the video ends so you don’t fall back asleep

Worked great.
As some have mentioned, the loud alarm at the end is a little jarring as opposed to rising but then again, I had my phone on speaker (not headphones as recommended).

Having listened to meditation / binaural/ ASMR videos for years, there are tips for users.
1) if you continue to follow the same nap/sleep routine, it WILL get easier to get into that state of mind & the 10-15 minutes will be enough. Same time is helpful but not necessary.
2) highly recommend using headphones if possible
3) reduce distractions (noises, lights, put phone in sleep mode)
4) reduce /stop caffeine & sugar consumption at least 1-2 hours before trying to rest.
5) focus on the sounds, listen to your breathing. This will start to tune things out.

I could not stay awake for work this morning. Rather than going back to bed (which is way too tempting when you’re working from home) I invested 10 minutes in this power nap. I feel a lot better. Thank you❣️

Oh my gosh this was awesome!
As a mental health clinician I was like : this is what I do for my patients when we do guided visualization and relaxation exercises, now I get to see how it feels. And it feels amazing. Taking a road trip rn and my eyes were getting tired- stopped and parked at a gas station and found this to help me nap- I didn’t fall asleep but ended up noticing important thoughts come to the forefront of my mind for a few minutes - which was helpful, and then ended up visualizing my “battery” slowly recharging/ it was very

I wish I could give this a thumbs up every time it gives me a good nap.

I also love the gentle push to wake up at the end. The hardest part of naps for me is convincing my myself that it's time to get up now, even though it feels super nice and cozy.

Normally do this before I work out. Wasn’t really feeling it today and couldn’t get comfortable for the first 10 minutes. Said nah and tried it again, and I feel better than ever. God bless y’all! ♥️

I work long hours as a transit operator. This works great on a 15 minute or more layover. Leaves me refreshed and ready to finish a day of 12 hours driving in circles. Thank you so much for this gift!!
