I love how you do the exercises nice and slow so that beginners don't feel bad that we aren't moving as fast as the instructor. :)

What I love about Maddie's videos is that she really doesn't mess around and doesn't spend loads of time explaining before she jumps into the exercises. It means you squeeze as much benefit as possible from really short workouts

My body used to look exactly like yours. I think I'm shorter than you though. But such an amazing workout. I'm 10lbs down. 15 more to go and with the help of your channel I believe I can do it. You are so sweet and encouraging. No yelling or shouting. Just calm, the way I enjoy it. Thank you

I love your workouts! I actually WANT to give it maximum effort :) It is so hard to find a challenging workout that doesn't involve jumping up and down but you have managed to make me sweat, get my heart pumping and tone it up - all without leaving the ground. Thanks Maddie!

You are awesome! I joined a program and after his follow along work out I always come back to you for at least 45 mins. His workouts are a warm up for me. Great workouts, Maddie! I love the variety in both content and length. One small request: can you please say a bit more instruction when getting into more of the uncommon positions? For the leg lift on the floor and the clamshell, it wasn't totally clear where your legs were placed - how far in front the knee was supposed to be, or at what angle from the torso... and with the leg lift, does the leg stay at the same angle going up and down? Are you trying to keep your toes angled towards the floor? Stuff like that would be helpful. Thanks!!!
