Love the focus on inner and outer thighs! This will be one of my go-to workouts for inner and outer thigh work. I got a good burn with this one. I hope there will be more workouts like this.

I love these short videos and that they are titled so clearly that it's easy to find what I want. I use these as either a "movement break" in my WFH day, a warm up of sorts before I go to the gym to use weights, or the ab workouts at home or the gym. I love all these videos (well, not so much the dance ones...I'm too slow and uncoordinated to keep up with those! It's not you, it's me!)
