*for my own use:*
- alternating squat + lift (60 sec)
- inner toe touch left leg lift (30 sec)
- inner toe touch right leg lift (30 sec)
- left leg traveling lift (30 sec)
- right leg traveling lift (30 sec)
- left frog ups (30 sec)
- right frog ups (30 sec)
- left side leg lifts (30 sec)
- right side leg lifts (30 sec)
- left leg circles (30 sec)
- right leg circles (30 sec)
- glute bridge up + pulses (60 sec)
- sumo squat pulses + up (60 sec)
- lying outward leg rebounds(30 sec)
- inner toe touch left leg lift (30 sec)
- lying outward leg rebounds (30 sec)
- inner toe touch right leg lift (30 sec)
- DONE!!

I'm, like, overweight and really struggled to do these. But the time went faster and I focused harder when I turned on some of my favorite songs. I've been doing these workouts for 2 days a week for 3 weeks straight, and they are working SO well. Thank you MadFit for posting this, it was a really good workout!

For those who want to do this workout in their own time or with their own music here is the routine ❤

Squat side lift - 1m
Inner thigh toe touches - 30s each leg
Leg lift front, back - 30s each leg
Clamshell - 30s each leg
Side leg lift - 30s each leg
Leg circles -30s each leg
Glute bridge - 1m
Sumo squat pulse - 1m
Leg rebounds - 30s
Inner thigh lift - 30s
Leg rebounds- 30s
Inner thigh lift (other side) - 30s

It's kinda hard to describe the different positions sorry.

when you have no motivation so u stop at the 1 minute after shes done giving the intro. BRUHHH i need motivation. for every like ill to it that many times

Hands down one of the best thigh workouts out here this will sizzle any cellulite away I've been doing this for 1 week and I already see a difference 💪🏾

Leg in high:54cm
Leg in half: 48cm
Leg in down:37, 5cm

1 day: I did it
2 day: I did it too and i love it❤️
3 day: I did it and this amazing workout and now i see a little difrence. Tommorow will be week that i do 7 minutes legs workout and today I check my cm and they are: in high: 53, 5 cm, half 47 cm, down 37 cm and my calves was 35 cm and now are 33, 5 cm!! This working :))
4 day: I didin't do it cause today is Sunday and I have to rest :)
5 day: I did it and i feel great but I will eat nuts 😱
6 day: I did it and this is one of my favorite workouts 🌹 I see a little difrence and I think that I can will wearing a size S, because all my jeans are too big! Oh, and I do workouts with Emi Wong, Sanne Vander and Pamela RF for the stomach so that's a good thing.
7 day: I did it! Today's week when I did this workout and If somebody want to know what i workout, on my Chanel i made playlist, , workout routine '' so.. And I can see a diffrent, i see my thigh gap and my legs are thinner and I will do it! ✨ Leg in high: 53, 5cm Leg in half: 46, 5cm Leg in down: 36, 5 cm!!
Day 8: Didint do it :(
Day 9: I did it!
Day 10: I did it and now this workout is so easier than was and quick and I very like it and my cms gone so this is good!
Day 11: Today's rest so have good day
12 day: I did it and now this is for me so fast and easy and i like it so much, don't give up! Firsts days were hard but now this is good and cool
13 day: I did it
14 day: I did it and now in high 52, 5cm, in half 46cm and in down 36, 5cm and my thigh is so so better than was and slimmer so I can see a difference and I love this

Ok, today's gone a 14th day that I do it and now I stop. Honestly, I don't do a cardio and my goals were legs but If I want to lose weight I have to do a interwals or cardio and I will do it (i change my workout routine, 1 video at day) because if we working out on legs we got a leyer from muscles who masking our legs and we can't lose weight from one part of our bodies so let's do a interwals from Monika because I want to lose my kg's if in this month i lose weight i will write in this 📝 And i will do it for end of year this and I will writ in this my results 🎉 My weight now: 56kg on 159cm
