• 171cm (5’7 1/2)
• 60kg (132lbs)

goal weight: 55kg (121lbs)
day 1: my legs were SHAKING at the end, at first i could barely walk. Could really feel it on the outer thighs!

day 2: the hip area really hurt, no visible changes yet, but pretty motivated!💗

day 3: took a rest day!

day4: my birthday! didnt to it!🎉

day 5: at the leg circles, legs were shaking! no visible changes yet, maybe bc i took a break! but i will keep doing it, so i can look good in thight dresses!

day 6: i think im seeing really small changes? also really felt it on outer thighs!


day 7: did it

day 8: one week complete! seeing some changess!! also i weight 58, 6kg!! ( after eating )
i will keep going until im happy with my results!💞


day 9: did it!! im literally so happy that im starting to see visible changes and its motivating me sooo muchh!❤️

This is the BEST workout I have done, nothing fast that takes a special degree to follow lol. Speaking as someone who is disabled and finds it hard to keep up, the countdown for each exercise and showing the upcoming exercise is so much appreciated. I see a difference in my legs and look forward to doing these exercises. Thank you for this video and taking the time out to do it for us.

Doing this until I am happy with myself??

I am 16 years old, 156cm and I weigh 67kg, I feel very fat and its become so bad that I cant look myself in the mirror bcs I feel insanly ugly (tips to loose weight are appreciated btw!!)

Despite everything I found the motivation to do these exercises!! Thank you so much mizi!!💗

Day 1 ✅ this was harder then expected but I finished it!! I had a few troubles but thats all!! I hope tommorow wil go a bit more smoother!
Day 2 ✅ completed without taking a break yay!! Still had some troubles with the leg circles but I didn't give up! It hurts a bit but Im fine!
Day 3 ✅ ngl today I had a bit more troubles than yesterday :(( I took a few very small breaks aswell, but!! I still finished it !! I also stepped up my game a bit more and did 10 000 steps today!
Day 4 ✅ ngl I am still struggling with this workout....but! I finished it and I also did 12 000 steps today!
Day 5 ✅ did my workout at 1AM but!! In the end that means I still did it😂 wasn't able to reach above 10 000 steps today bcs I had school (I did have p.e. today so I guess that can count as a replacement)

Didn't do it today 🙁 I have exams and im super tired and stressed

Day 6 ✅picked it up again! Went great 🔥

Day 8 ✅ tommorow Im starting my exams...😞😞today went great tho!! Lot smoother than the first day!

GUYS I DID IT!!! im so proud of myself!!😢after finishing it completely im definitly seeing a difference!! Not only that but I was also able to bring my weight down to 63kg!!! Ill keep doing mizis exercises because they really help!!<3

Hey guys, this is the first time that I have completed the whole challenge. I did this workout for 2 weeks with no diet change or any other workout.

FYI I did only this workout in evening once.

Results: My saddlebags are really gone. Like seriously, my biggest insecurity while wearing jeans was my saddlebags and now my thighs look so toned with almost no saddlebags. I feel more confident now while wearing jeans 😊. Feeling happy and proud of myself.

Pro tip : try to do all the exercises with slow and controlled movement as it will be more burning and you will get results faster.
