I LOVE ALL OF THESE. NOT SURE OF FOOT POSITION IN ROTATIONAL SQUAT. IS FRONT FOOT FORWARD AND BACK FOOT OUT TO SIDE I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY KNEES ARE OK.
